Job Summary
HOME CARE LPN OFFICE NURSE – Provide direct patient care in home-care setting; perform documentation and coordination of services; assist Patient Care Coordinator/Operations Manager with branch office tasks; manage payer documentation and authorization in electronic medical records; coordinate Face to Face documentation with payers; requires active LPN licensure in the branch state, 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred), CPR certified, strong communication and organizational skills; locations include Stuart, VA and Mt. Airy, NC; full-time role within Liberty Home Care.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure within the state of branch location
- successful completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing
- One year of clinical nursing experience
- One year of Home Care experience preferred
- CPR certified
