Home Care LPN

Deliver one-on-one home health care to pediatric and adult clients across Lakeland, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport. Manage advanced care needs including tracheostomy and ventilator support, noting that parents often handle trach changes while you provide clinical oversight. Complete electronic charting using Statewise and participate in in-depth paid training and shadowing opportunities. Work flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts in full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity with no weekend or minimum hour requirements. Earn $30 to $35 per hour contingent on experience and case acuity.
