Job Summary
Coordinate staffing requirements and drive the field recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, selecting, and extending offers. Research industry trends, develop creative sourcing strategies, and initiate pre-employment protocols such as background checks and orientation. Complete initial candidate screening, manage active-employee file maintenance, and audit new hire packets for compliance. Conduct general orientation sessions, process ID badges, and address employee concerns while continuously improving branch recruitment programs. Full-time role Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm at Addus HomeCare in Hannibal, MO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One plus years experience with recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism
