Job Summary
Home Care Infusion RN role in Davis County, UT, offering flexible, part-time in-home infusion care. Responsibilities include providing infusion care per individualized Plan of Care, monitoring client conditions, and proactively communicating health changes to families. Requires IV infusions experience in a home care setting, phlebotomy and IV skills (Peds/adults), access devices like PICC lines and ports, and maintaining client safety. Candidates must hold a Utah RN license, CPR, a valid driver's license with auto insurance, and be able to perform physical tasks as needed. Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
- Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
- IV starts in Peds and/or Adults
- PICC lines
- Ports
- Minimum one (1) year of documented experience in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting
- Minimum 6 (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred
- Hemophiliacs and Factor administration
- Enzyme administration
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; Varied assistance depending on client mobility
- Must have prior home care infusion experience
- CPR certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
