Job Summary
In-home Caregiver at Heartsong Homecare Co-op seeks compassionate individuals to assist clients with activities of daily living, provide companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and remind about medications. You will document and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, be 18+, and be willing to drive to clients. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork are essential.
