Home Care Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse)

Develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations while providing overall leadership and supervision of nursing services, assessments, care plans, and staff performance. Participate in admissions, resident/client visits, and interdisciplinary care planning, overseeing staffing levels, scheduling, recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development. Ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality care with adequate coverage and regulatory compliance by monitoring clinical quality indicators, incident reports, and complaints; initiate corrective actions as needed. Lead infection control, OSHA compliance, safety programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives while directing Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement, and Corporate Compliance activities. Prepare staff for surveys and inspections, lead Plans of Correction, and collaborate with physicians, consultants, community partners, department heads, residents, and families. Full-time hours required; U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
