Home Care Coordinator/Growth Path to Management

Coordinate caregiver schedules, match caregivers to clients based on skills and personality, and respond quickly and kindly to every call and email. Support hiring efforts, help keep client records accurate, and ensure compliance with Maryland home care regulations. Build relationships with local rehab facilities and physician offices that refer clients. This role includes an evening and weekend on-call rotation and is designed to grow into a salaried management position for the right person; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and comfort juggling competing priorities are essential.
