Home Care Coordinator

Manage team performance, organize supervision, and conduct six monthly direct observations for staff and service users. Coordinate responses to community alarm activations, out-of-hours social work teams, short-term support, and Fife Falls services. Ensure staff possess appropriate training and skills to deliver quality, safe care while providing on-site guidance and instruction. Manage staff absence according to local procedures and collaborate with Health and Social Care Partnership colleagues and external agencies. Work within the Home Care Associated Services Team to support vulnerable people in the community.
