The Home Care Coordinator will manage daily scheduling, communication, and service coordination for HHA, LPN, and RN staff. Home care experience is required, and familiarity with HHAeXchange is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in home care coordination or staffing is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HHAeXchange (HHAX) is a strong plus.
