Job Summary
Coordinate communication between physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and the clinical team. Review and verify medications while assisting with plan of care coordination. Support scheduling and administrative processes to ensure patient care runs efficiently. Work closely with clinicians to deliver timely, compassionate, and well-coordinated care. Help create a positive experience for patients, families, and healthcare partners. This in-office role requires a licensed COTA or PTA with strong communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Required Qualifications
- Current Minnesota PTA/COTA license in good standing
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Technologically proficient and driven by accuracy
- Regular attendance and flexibility with scheduling necessary
- Is a licensed COTA or PTA
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Enjoys solving problems and managing details
- Is compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Works well independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
