Job Summary
Provide in-home CNA care for St. Paul’s PACE participants across East County San Diego (El Cajon area and surrounding communities). Responsibilities include task-based visits, medication reminders, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other home-care duties. Travel using own vehicle to participant homes with mileage and cell phone reimbursements. Shifts available part-time AM/PM including weekdays and weekends. Must have valid California CNA certification (or CNA training) plus First Aid and CPR; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform home-visit tasks. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required. If CNA, completion of formal CNA training program.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current California CNA certification (if CNA).
- Experience with frail or elderly population preferred.
