Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled care for clients in their homes by assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and safe transfers. Deliver companionship and emotional support while establishing routines and maintaining consistency for the client. Hoyer lift experience is a plus. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice offers a supportive environment where your compassion and dedication are valued. This role includes a daily split shift from 6:30 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 6:15 PM, with competitive pay starting at $17 per hour plus weekend differentials, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled caregiving or CNA experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
