Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) will provide support and assistance to participants with daily living activities and restorative care, working under the supervision of the Home Care Manager and Personal Care Supervisor. Key responsibilities include personal hygiene care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, and support for independent living activities. Required skills include effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines. Candidates must possess a current C.N.A license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have relevant experience working with elderly populations.
Required Qualifications
- Current License as Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) in the state working required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
