Job Summary
Provide personal care and daily living support to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home. Perform bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance while managing transfers and mobility. Prepare meals, handle light housekeeping, and offer companionship and conversation. Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with errands or appointments as outlined in the care plan. Report any changes or concerns to the office immediately. This role includes reporting changes or concerns to the office.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- Successful Level II Background Screening
- Recent TB screening
- Classroom CPR certification
- HIV/AIDS training
- Alzheimer's and Related Dementias training
- Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication training
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and caring attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort with pets preferred
