Job Summary
Manage client services coordination and emergent scheduling while overseeing a caseload designed for proactive growth. Deliver superior customer service by building lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees and maintain effective fiscal management through metric monitoring. Maintain strong, communicative team relationships while utilizing electronic medical record systems. This role supports BAYADA's mission to provide compassionate home health care in Winter Park, FL, within a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills (electronic medical record)
