Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility transfers. Provide companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and accompany individuals to appointments. Offer medication reminders and observe client conditions to report changes per care plans. This role supports seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes, focusing on physical, emotional, and social well-being. Full-time, part-time, live-in, or overnight shifts available with competitive pay of $18–$20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
- CNA or HHA certification
- Bilingual is a plus
- Weekend availability preferred
