Job Summary
Promote client independence through housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration while assisting with personal care and providing companionship. Take clients to appointments and outings to maximize their daily activities. Maintain excellent communication and uphold values of respect, trust, compassion, and quality. Requires a full valid UK driving licence with unlimited access to a vehicle for business use. Available for morning shifts (7am-2pm), evening shifts (5pm-10pm), or alternative weekends. Earn premium hourly rates between £15 and £16.90 per care call with paid training, shadowing, and mileage reimbursement. No uniform required.
