Job Summary
In-home assessments of elderly clients within a 2-hour drive of Rapid City, SD. Assessments are 30-60 minutes conducted at the client’s home, with travel time paid at $40/hour. Flexible schedule (8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday; weekends acceptable). Training provided. Must have prior assessment experience and complete a TB skin test if needed. Role involves discussing non-medical care needs (e.g., bathing, dressing, light housekeeping) and completing health-care assessment documents; travel between client homes is expected and compensated. Follow-up by Zoom/in-person interviews as part of the recruitment process.
