Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home care for a female patient recently discharged from rehab, ensuring she receives 24/7 assistance before returning home. Execute the client's personalized care plan while building genuine relationships and maintaining a healthy environment. Operate with attentiveness to meet all patient needs in the client's residence. This role requires a male caregiver with at least one year of eldercare experience and two professional work references. You must hold a driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record and be willing to submit to criminal background checks. The position involves every other weekend shifts, and you must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
