Job Summary
Provide hands-on, in-home personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility support, bed repositioning, ROM, medication reminders (non-administration), and documenting care; require California HCA registration or willingness to obtain, valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, English proficiency, background check, TB test, and completion of orientation/state training; physically active role with lifting up to 30 pounds and ensuring client safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Be currently registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) in California or be willing to go through the process (reimbursed)
- Have a valid California driver’s license
- Maintain valid auto insurance in your name
- Have a reliable personal vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Pass a background check and Live Scan
- Provide negative TB test results at time of hire
- Complete required orientation and state training
