Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home care for a female patient discharged from rehab, adhering to a personalized care plan in the client's home. Operate with a big heart to build genuine relationships while maintaining a healthy environment that meets specific patient needs. This role requires operating every other weekend with a flexible schedule, including shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 11:00pm. You must possess at least one year of eldercare experience, a driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record, and be willing to submit to criminal background checks. Required Qualifications

- One year prior eldercare experience
- Driver's license
