Home Care Aide

Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, shaving, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and conduct patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and incontinence care. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts for bed-bound patients. Perform light housekeeping duties. Weekend shift differential and health insurance available for full-time equivalent roles.
