Deliver one-on-one home health care to patients in patients' homes, assisting with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, and mobility aids; perform housekeeping tasks like laundry and cleaning; maintain records of patient care and report observations to supervisor; engage patients to support mental health and alertness; administer medications and immunizations; involve patients in exercises or activities to maintain health. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, one year of professional experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification.
