Job Summary
Assist an elderly male client in Union, MO with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to support his independence, while preparing meals as requested. Provide personal care for this long-term position, working 6 hours weekly on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Earn $24/hour, consisting of a $20/hour base plus a $4/hour bonus for completing all agreed shifts. Maintain a current TB skin test and pass a background check. This role is part of our agency's service to help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver
- Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test
- Must be able to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking
- Must be able to cook meals
- Must be available Monday and Thursday 2:30PM - 5:30PM
- Must be located in or willing to work in Union, MO
- Must be willing to work 6 hours per week
- Must be willing to work long term
- Must be willing to work all shifts agreed to during a pay period to receive the $4/hour bonus
