Job Summary
Provide non-medical, in-home support to elderly and mobility-impaired clients. Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), support mobility and safe transfers, prepare light meals and assist with feeding, provide companionship and emotional support, perform light housekeeping related to client care, conduct medication reminders (no administering unless certified), document care activities accurately and timely, and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors. Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
