Home Care Aide in Kinzers PA

Home Health Aide needed to provide non-medical, in-home support to elderly and mobility-impaired clients in Kinzer, PA and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), supporting mobility and safe transfers, light meal preparation and feeding assistance, providing companionship and emotional support, light housekeeping related to client care, giving medication reminders (not administering unless certified), documenting care activities accurately and timely, and communicating changes in client condition to supervisors. Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and punctuality, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient demeanor. Schedule offers Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Competitive pay and ongoing training available.
