Job Summary
Home Care Aide providing one-on-one in-home support: safely transfer clients, assist with bathing and grooming, support mobility devices, change linens, perform light laundry, and keep living areas clean. Provide medication reminders and wellness checks, document care notes, and report changes to the RN or Care Supervisor. Requires at least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), and strong communication skills to maintain accurate digital logs. Flexible scheduling with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials; supports meaningful, one-on-one client interactions in the San Diego, CA area.
Required Qualifications
