Home Care Aide

Provide in-home care to patients following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. Assist patients with daily activities (moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles); care for patients by changing linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or assisting with personal care; maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report observations to supervisor; build relationships with patients by talking or reading aloud to keep them mentally healthy; give medication reminders; engage patients in exercises or activities; CPR certification is preferred. Requires graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program, High School Diploma or GED, and one year of prior professional experience; driver's license required.
