Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care per a one-on-one care plan, assisting with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles; care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or personal care; maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor; build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to keep them mentally healthy and alert; give medication reminders; engage patients in exercises or other activities; requires high school diploma or GED and one year of professional experience; CW Driver's license is required; CPR certification preferred; flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
