Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care as a Home Care Aide, performing activities of daily living, housekeeping, and engagement under a one-on-one care plan. Maintain records of patient care and report observations to supervisor. Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading aloud to support mental well-being. Offer medication reminders and assist with exercises or activities. Requires weekend shift availability, a High School Diploma or GED, and one year of professional experience; licensed aide/driver’s license and CPR certification are preferred.
