Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to patients under a one-on-one care plan in patients' homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities (moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles), performing housekeeping tasks (changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning), maintaining records of patient care and reporting observations, building relationships with patients, giving medication reminders, and engaging patients in exercises or activities. Must have completed a Home Health Aide program, hold a High School Diploma or GED, and have one year of professional experience; driver's license required. CPR certification is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
