Home Care Aide

Part-time Home Care Aide in Media, PA providing one-on-one in-home support. Responsibilities include safely transferring clients, assisting with bathing/grooming, aiding mobility devices, performing light housekeeping (change linens, light laundry, clean living areas), medication and wellness checks with timely reminders and basic vitals, and detailed care documentation shared with RN or Care Supervisor. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, strong written and verbal communication, and CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days). Training pathway available from HHA to CNA with paid career-ladder opportunities; PTO, mileage reimbursement, and recognition programs are offered.
