Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care following a one-on-one care plan; assist with activities of daily living such as moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles; change bed linens, do laundry, clean the home, and assist with personal care; maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor; build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud; give medication reminders; engage patients in exercises or other activities; must have graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program and hold a High School Diploma or GED, with one year of professional experience; valid driver’s license required; CPR certification preferred.
