Job Summary
In-home, one-on-one Home Care Aide position in Longmont, CO. Responsibilities include Personalized Daily Living Assistance (transfers, bathing/grooming, mobility support), Healthy Home Environment (linen changes, light laundry, clean and hazard-free living areas), Medication & Wellness Checks (timely reminders and basic vitals/observations), Mind-Body Engagement (reading aloud, reminiscence, chair exercises), and Detailed Reporting (care notes shared with RN or Care Supervisor). Requires at least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; strong written and verbal communication for updating digital care logs; and a genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for clients.
