Job Summary
Home Care Aide for one-on-one in-home support in Old Bridge, NJ. Responsibilities include transferring clients safely, assisting with bathing/grooming, mobility device support, light housekeeping, medication reminders, wellness checks, and detailed care notes. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of paid home-health experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong written/verbal communication, CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days). Offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, signing bonus, training with career ladder (HHA → CNA → Nursing pathways), mileage reimbursement, and referral to RN/Care Supervisor coordination. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
