Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to patients, assisting with daily activities and mobility (transfers, baths), personal care, light housekeeping, and laundry; maintain records of patient care, condition, and progress, and report observations to supervisor; build relationships with patients, engage them in activities/read aloud to support mental health and alertness; give medication reminders and facilitate exercises as part of the care plan; requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, and one year of professional experience; must have a valid driver’s license; CPR certification preferred.
