Job Summary
Home Care Aide providing one-on-one in-home care to patients in Lakewood, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities (transfers, baths, mobility, laundry, light housekeeping), personal care, maintaining and communicating patient condition and progress to supervisor, building rapport with patients, giving medication reminders, and engaging patients in activities to support mental alertness. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of professional experience; a driver’s license is required and CPR certification is preferred. Flexible scheduling and career advancement are offered.
