Job Summary
Home Care Aide provides personalized one-on-one in-home support to clients in Daly City, performing daily living assistance, mobility support, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and wellness checks. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of related experience, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, paid training and career ladder progression (HHA → CNA → Nursing pathways), PTO, mileage reimbursement, and supportive supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
