Job Summary
Provide personalized, one-on-one in-home care to clients, including safely transferring clients, assisting with bathing and grooming, helping with mobility devices, changing linens, light laundry, and keeping living areas clean and hazard-free. Perform medication and wellness checks, provide reminders, and document care notes for RN or Care Supervisor. Engage clients through mind-body activities, read aloud, and monitor client vitals as part of daily living support. Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment. Eligible candidates have completed an HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills; training and advancement pathways (HHA → CNA → Nursing) are offered, along with PTO and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days)
- Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable updating digital care logs
