Job Summary
Provide one-on-one home care to clients in patient homes following a one-on-one care plan, including assisting with daily activities such as transfers, baths, laundry, and personal care. Maintain records of client care and progress, report observations to the supervisor, build relationships with clients, provide medication reminders, and engage clients in exercises or other activities. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and minimum two years of Home Care Aide experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Part-time dayshift position in Hermosa Beach, CA.
