Job Summary
Home Care Aide role providing one-on-one in-home support in Temecula, CA. Responsibilities include personalized daily living assistance (transfers, bathing/grooming, mobility devices), healthy home maintenance (linen changes, light laundry, cleaning), medication and wellness checks with timely reminders and basic vitals, and mind-body engagement (reading aloud, reminiscence, simple chair exercises). Document care notes and communicate changes to RN or Care Supervisor. Requires 1+ year in home-health, hospice, or facility care, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Flexible day and overnight shifts; must be experienced in full care and able to perform full-care tasks. Competitive hourly pay with flexible scheduling.
