Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients, including safely transferring clients, assisting with bathing/grooming, and supporting mobility devices. Perform light housekeeping tasks (linens, light laundry, maintaining hazard-free living areas) and assist with medication reminders and basic vitals/documentation. Maintain detailed care notes and communicate changes to the RN or Care Supervisor. Participate in a training pathway from HHA to CNA to Nursing careers; meet ongoing training requirements and pursue CPR certification as needed. Requires completion of an accredited HHA program (or equivalent), valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, strong written/verbal communication, and commitment to compassionate, dignified client care. Ready to elevate home care through meaningful, one-on-one support and coordinated clinical collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
