Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to patients, including assistance with daily activities (transfers, bathing, mobility), personal care, household tasks, and medication reminders. Maintain records of patient care and progress, report observations to supervisor, and engage patients in conversations or activities to support mental alertness. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, and one year of professional experience; a valid driver’s license is required; CPR certification preferred.
