Job Summary
Conduct personalized daily living assistance by safely transferring clients, supporting bathing and grooming, and managing mobility devices. Maintain a healthy home environment through linen changes, light laundry, and keeping living areas clean and hazard-free. Provide medication reminders, record basic vitals, and engage clients through reading, reminiscence, or chair exercises. Document care notes and promptly share observations with the RN or Care Supervisor. Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program, one year of paid home-health experience, and a valid driver's license. Offers nurse support, MSW owner support, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication—you're comfortable updating digital care logs
