Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care including transferring clients, bathing/grooming, and support with mobility devices; assist with changing linens, light laundry, and keeping living areas clean; administer medication reminders and wellness checks; engage clients with reading, reminiscence, and simple chair-exercises; document care notes and promptly share changes with your RN or Care Supervisor; requires completion of an accredited HHA program and at least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; benefits include mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, advance pay, and competitive hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
