Job Summary
Provide personalized one-on-one care for seniors in private homes and assisted living communities by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and transportation to meals and activities while preparing meals and performing light housekeeping. Offer companionship through reading, games, music, and meaningful conversations. Maintain active CNA or HCA certification in Washington State, hold current CPR and First Aid certification, and possess reliable transportation. This on-call position offers flexible scheduling across all days and shifts, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to work in North Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA or HCA certification in good standing in Washington State
- Minimum of 1–2 years of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation for client visits (personal vehicle with clean driving record or access to public transit)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card
- Working smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and time tracking
