Job Summary
Assist patients with daily activities including moving, bathing, and personal care while maintaining records of their condition and progress. Provide personalized support by changing linens, cleaning homes, administering medications, and engaging patients in exercises or conversation to support mental health. Build genuine relationships through attentive care and communication to create a healthy environment that meets individual patient needs. One year of prior professional experience and a driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Driver's license
- CPR certification
