Job Summary
Provide in-home, senior-care assistance as a Home Care Aide/CNA/PCA. Perform tasks under supervisor direction in clients’ homes or care settings with adherence to procedures and accuracy in observation, recording, and reporting. Duties may include lifting and moderately heavy activity, maintaining safe and healthy environments, and effective communication with clients, families, and care teams. Requires CNA or PCA certification and a high school diploma or equivalency; offers extensive training and development, flexible schedules, telehealth options, and support services. Travel within client homes and coordination with supervisor and care teams are expected.
Required Qualifications
- CNA or PCA (Personal Care Aide) certification
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No prior felony or reoccurring misdemeanor convictions
- Multi state background check
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Minimum of 2 year clean driving record
- Current TB Test
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
