Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care to patients per a care plan: assist with daily activities (transfers, baths, mobility), housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, linens), and personal care; maintain patient records; document observations; build rapport with patients; offer medication reminders; engage patients in activities and exercises; ensure patient safety and comfort. Requires completion of Home Health Aide program, HS diploma/GED, and at least one year of professional experience; valid driver’s license; CPR preferred.
