Job Summary
Safely transfer clients, support bathing and grooming, and assist with mobility devices while maintaining a healthy home environment through linens, laundry, and cleaning. Provide medication reminders, record basic vitals, and engage clients through reading, reminiscence, or chair exercises. Document daily care notes and promptly share observations with your RN or Care Supervisor. Requires an accredited Home Health Aide program, one year of paid experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Flexible full-time or part-time hours available in Morris and Union Counties with nurse support and live-in daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication—you're comfortable updating digital care logs
